Culture & Groups, Why Was This African American Women Picked Over Me?

By Money F Posted in: Cash

So like earlier today i went for a summer job interview at a local water park, you know trying to make some extra cash before summer overs with. Any who, It was just me and this other African America Mother with her 3 young kids scheduled this morning, so like I went first. During the interview i spoke mildly and politely, answered every question the owner could think of, and even gave a detailed account of every other water park i worked at over the year(i’m a certified lifeguard by the way). Needless to say i thought i done perfectly, and while walking out the room i gave the African American lady a handshake, wishing her good luck, even though i knew they wouldn’t hire her type. So like i stood outside the door, but eventually i got curious too see how bad she was failing at being civilized, and tried sneaking a peak. Not to my surprised, i first saw the sight of this lady shaking her gorilla booty, snapping and clapping while her 3 children ran around the room throwing chicken bones. I also found her name was Latoya Jenkins, 24 years old, single and had a frightening phobia of getting her kinky hair wet(like go figure). During the rest of the interview she managed to upkeep her monkey like behavior while farting several time and laughing hysterically in Ebonics.
So anyway, i assume i had the job without question, but too my surprised the manager came out, sincerely explaining that Latoya Jenkins, was more “qualified” then i was. Like seriously, what kind of crap is that? So my question is, why was she picked over me?

Because Whites are the most discriminated in this current generation. I would have love to been born back in the 50s and chase me down some naggers in the forests wearing a white sheet

maybe you just werent qualified sweety :-) sorry you are so upset, but it has nothing to do with color.. you just werent qualified. My mother, very wealthy here in the united states– we are immigratns from the mother land(africa) and blacks seem to work harder and be more determined.. it comes with the fact that they have had to prove themselves for the worse half of a century that they are not just as good but BETTER and more determined to get the job done. they feel the need to be on the top of anything they do.. ESPECIALLY the women.. black women.. i envy them but they are apart of me lol. they have my african blood(they are mixed with native and euro but mostly african blood) they carry our pride and are strong like us :-) makes the natives in the mother land very proud… I have dated white man and asian man who admire black woman for their determinatin and how strong they are.. MANY white man ;-) and now i am marrying a mexican.. I had no idea how much men of other races love african women in this country :-) in africa, my country, the natives are treated very poorly(but im done with whites and asian.. mi mexicano is all i need. sexy brown skin, latin piece of candy;) lol sorry… off topic… calm down… my husband wouldnt hire you with that attitude by the way :( work that out and I am sure you will be fine

If you are serious, then it depends on the choices of the hiring manager even though they might seem unfair to you.
Another factor, although not unimportant, is that some companies do get tax breaks for providing jobs in order to enable those who receive public assistance to support themselves. If you’ve ever filled out a job application and part of it asked whether you receive any type of aid such as Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), TANF or WIC yet specify that if you answer these questions it will have no bearing on your hiring decision, then you’ve seen it. This is part of the Welfare to Work types of initiatives.
Best of luck in finding a job in the future.

Obviously you are a bad storyteller, I mean come on why be so generic? So fake. The way you wrote this is just so ludicrous, and fake. Where are are you trying to go with this? Epic fail troll, fails. : /
You don’t even know how to use capitalization.
And we know you’re going to add on additional details and say some B.S like: This is real, it happened.
But you just need to stop…
    seriously, at least get creative…
