Do You Ever Sit Down Quietly And Listen To God….?

By Money F Posted in: Money

Majority of the time, we are busy focusing on materialistic and superficial things such as money, fame, social and romantic relationships etc.
But we tend to forget that such things are usually only temporary and not permanent.
A rich person can suddenly end up bankrupt one day.
A famous person can suddenly lose their fame one day.
A person with lots of friends can suddenly get backstabbed by their friends one day.
A person with a romantic partner can suddenly breakup with their partner one day.
Anything that is connected to Earth are all temporary and not permanent.
The only thing that is permanent is the love from God.
As humans, we have this natural tendency to focus on our earthly needs and we often use “relationships” and “career” to fill up the emptiness from our heart.
All humans tend to have an emptiness in their soul that can only be filled up with God, but majority of the time, we are filling up our emptiness with the wrong things.
Have we ever slow down our pace and listen to what God has to say to us?

I do, almost every day. I have a non-traditional relationship with God. He’s not like some bureaucratic part of government that takes a lifetime of petitioning to be heard. He’s as close as my heart. He’s never been wrong.
I still pursue “earthly needs” because I need to in order to survive, and because I want to, in order to create. Because I survive, I can create. This brings joy to me and others. I believe God also approves.

I hate to argue with you…but this IS philosophy. I think it’s mighty presumptuous of you to assume that I know who this god character is you speak of. And you shouldn’t assume we all accept this mythical creature as actually existing. It’s like asking if you ever sit down and quietly listen to a unicorn…or Santa Claus….whatever your local imaginary spiritual folk consists of. The word ‘god’ doesn’t mean anything to me but a vague, generic term used to describe the unknown in a personified simple way. Sorry.

Who are you referring to “we”..?
And have you also listened to the voice of God that it is not good to use other’s b~date?
Is this such a coincidental thing to happen?
How do you know that your assumptions are true to everyone?
Saying the phrase “ALL HUMANS” becomes judgemental from such generalization.
How do you know well a person only from here? Are you even going out looking around you in reality?
What kind of wrong things do you mean? Are you a hacker to know all the privacies of others?
Please reflect these from your statements! And the name that you are using as well..!!
    You seemed desperate yourself..
    God bless..: )
