My family will go in the summer to India,
So they bought 3 tickets online for 500 euro each. (Because now it is cheaper)
Now my dad has a first name like (I don’t want to give his real name..) John-Ray
And last name is Plummer.
Now what my sister did, she ordered on the name John Ray Plummer. (I saw that online on our account)
So not without the little -
Will this be hard to change?
Do we have to change it?
The name on his identity card is ‘John-Ray’
Since it is such a big amount of money, we will have to change it!!
Ofcourse his name isn’t John-Ray Plummer. (I dont want to give any information of my personal life, especially close family.)

I doubt if the omission of a hyphen will cause a problem, but I’m not the person who matters. You might want to call your airline but will probably get a less than definite answer or be told that you’ll have to pay an exorbitant amount to make a change. If it was me, I would just go ahead and not worry about it.
