Well guys I’d like to purchase a domain name and web hosting to build my own website. I’d like to post a daily blog giving advice and tips to others, I also want to sell clothing on my website (like brand new shirts that I buy from stores and earn a profit), the website will include affordable advertising plans, maybe like a subscription to a monthly recipe dish for only $3 monthly, web design (layouts and logos), job searching help, etc. All of this on one website!!!!! I already know how to get traffic on my site so I don’t need help in that area. I just want to make sure that if I’m reselling stuff, is it illegal to do so????? I mean it seems like its gonna be a nice site. Can someone tell me if it sounds like I’m creating my own online business????? Do I have to file taxes for my earnings? Can I charge shipping fees to ship the clothes, shoes, jeans, and hats that I’ll be reselling? Also when someone purchases advertising space or a logo, is it ok for them to send me their info and I plug it into my PayPal account? How do I show receipts for my transactions, do I make them up??? What can I do???

After attending two interviews, I have been offered a position as an admin assistant at a school. The company I currently work for is facing hard times and my position is unstable. I have been working in a more senior administrative position in a school which has allowed me to have more power and influence in the day to day operations of both the office and school. The position I interviewed for was less senior but I was convinced it paid about 10K more (I am seriously underpaid for my current position)..I was offered the new job yesterday on the phone and was asked my salary range expectation so I said between 35-45K (hoping to get 40K). The lady on the phone (my future supervisor, not someone from HR) said ‘well i can definitely say that it will be towards the lower end of your range.’ She proceeded to discuss the benefits that sounded good and then told me I was receive 6 weeks paid vacation a year. I was really surprised and it made me question the whole salary I was expecting and how it would be affected (as in Canada, the norm is 2-3 weeks paid a year). She then phoned me back and left a voicemail saying the salary is 37,500. It sounded good and I stupidly didn’t negotiate further which I’m really regretting now, especially as I found out that as I am starting 3 months after their year started (it runs aug-aug), i will receive pro-rated holiday, so instead of 6 weeks paid it would 4.5 weeks (so I am basically earning about $1000 less in the first year). Also, I told them I was planning on going back home for Christmas and she said ‘well obviously that would be unpaid or we would have to work something out.’ Now i’m thinking about it more and more, my annual salary for this next year if i do start the job, will be more like 35,500 than 37,500. There is no option for me to work in the vacation period as it’s a school so I’m just really anxious about signing the contract today (I have to go in and read it through and sign it). I know everywhere I read online says it’s now too late but I wondered if there was any hope. The employer is very professional and I don’t want to appear unprofessional but it really wasn’t made clear at the time of the offer than the weeks would be unpaid and it would affect my salary so much. I said yes after my future supervisor left a voice mail stating the annual salary but only after this did she mention that it would be unpaid. Is it too late??

Iv’e always liked music, but I never was really passionate about it till recently. I have no clue what interests me though. I like all types of music but I find my ipod is really empty and im getting bored of listening to the same stuff. It doesn’t help that im picky about my music either, but I enjoy what I got. I don’t know if the show has an agenda to be sexist towards men but can anyone explain this to me:
So very often Jeremy kyle and his audience (which are mostly female) like to bash men who claim benefits. But why isn’t it the other way around? I was speaking with a guy who has a job that involves helping people get back into work, and he told me that young girls have said to him that they can just get pregnant and claim benefits. Is Jeremy Kyle generally ignorant of this or does he just choose to ignore it due to sexism? It’s okay for women to get pregnant with unemployed men and get a house with rent pain for them etc, but if a man is out of work then he is a lazy waste of space. If this is not sexist then I don’t know what is. But please read my next point.
Why don’t women these days have kids with men who are employed and are able to provide? Too many women today with have kids through one night stands and with men who are on the dole. Women know very well that if they have a baby they can get a house and get their rent paid. Instead of having kids with men who have money behind them, they will have kids with unemployed men and sponge off other working people. Why does Jeremy Kyle never criticise women for this? They might as well call it the Jeremy Sexist Show!

My manager claimed I stole two specific amounts from a community used safe, holding cash deposits. She had no proof to offer, and the only proof that could have been viable i.e. the cash bags themselves, were destroyed by my manager, self-admittingly. Any thoughts??
