With My Skills And Experience, Where Would I Earn Most Or Be Most Useful?

I am very unsure about what career direction to focus developing on because I really enjoy nearly everything I start doing. Maybe it could help if you gave me a very spontaneous opinion or impression
Based on my experience so far, what kind of role would you place me in?
(What role would benefit most from my current skills and experience?)
(And perhaps also, where would I earn most…?)
I am 25 years old and have the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Economics
- 6 months internship in big finance corporation
- 1 year training promoters for exhibitions
- 1 year as sales representative for small tourism business
- 3 years part-time doing public relations for a charity
- 12 years designing websites and more recently online marketing
(started as a hobby when I was a kid, later earning some money on freelance projects, but I don’t like to do this for a living. I like to have it as a sideskill.)
- 15 years volunteering, leading school and university societies with many different topics (mainly social and community involvement)
- Fluent and literate in 4 foreign languages having lived in 4 different countries.
And yet I don’t know what to do.
What would be your impression?

Do You Ever Sit Down Quietly And Listen To God….?

Majority of the time, we are busy focusing on materialistic and superficial things such as money, fame, social and romantic relationships etc.
But we tend to forget that such things are usually only temporary and not permanent.
A rich person can suddenly end up bankrupt one day.
A famous person can suddenly lose their fame one day.
A person with lots of friends can suddenly get backstabbed by their friends one day.
A person with a romantic partner can suddenly breakup with their partner one day.
Anything that is connected to Earth are all temporary and not permanent.
The only thing that is permanent is the love from God.
As humans, we have this natural tendency to focus on our earthly needs and we often use “relationships” and “career” to fill up the emptiness from our heart.
All humans tend to have an emptiness in their soul that can only be filled up with God, but majority of the time, we are filling up our emptiness with the wrong things.
Have we ever slow down our pace and listen to what God has to say to us?

Would It Be Rude To Ask If A Friend Can Spare Used Baby Items?

I am pregnant, and I am friends with a family for whom I used to work as a nanny. They now live in a different state, but I visit them and they are very generous with me, sometimes handing me cash gifts even though I insist that I don’t need to be paid just to visit the kids, whom I want to see. Their third child is more than a year old, and I don’t think they plan to have any others. Would it be rude to ask if they can spare any of their newborn gear? As I said, we are very friendly and we share intimate details of our family lives; it is not a business relationship, even though I used to work for them. Some of the gear would be sentimental (e.g., old clothes, which the older children that I know so well used to wear), and some of it would just be practical and needed (e.g., the breast pump, if the Mom is done with it – and I know she doesn’t nurse past age one).
I plan to see them in about a month and a half, but I was thinking of broaching it by email sooner, in part so I can cross whatever they might be able to offer of of my “must find” list and/or registry.
What do you think?

Questions About Marine Officers And Nrotc?

Hello! Let me start by saying thank you for taking your time to answer my questions. Also, please forgive any misconceptions and/or errors I might have in regard to the topic at hand.
My first question is if Marine officers (Infantry) go out with their Marines, or if they stay behind and tell the NCO’s what to do? Also, are there a Security Force Officer MOS?
My second question would be if Marine Officers can become Recon or MARSOC. If they can, will they be sent on missions with the Enlisted folk? I don’t know why you guys would know that but there’s no harm in asking.
My third question is that I will be graduating High School at 16, meaning that I can’t attend NROTC immediately after. Do I need 4 years of NROTC to become an officer?
Would it be better for me to just graduate high school, wait a year, enlist and if I want to become an officer try for MECEP? I want to either be Infantry or Security Forces, which do you guys think would be a better path for me? I’m conflicted. I have my family telling me to go NROTC and become an officer so I’d get more money, but I just don’t know. I know the Military is what I want to do, but I don’t know which path to take.

Am I Doing The Right Thing?

I was planning on moving my pony to a new barn in a few weeks but i’m thinking of selling her instead, i am growing too big for her and she’s getting really old. I want to talk to my parents today about it but i know i’m going to burst into tears while telling them. Nobody will want my pony as shes older, but very energetic! The instructor at my barn now is who i bought my pony from. The contract i signed said i have to give her first option to buy if i want to sell. Iv’e already sold my previous horse becuase she was too strong and green for me and i felt so guilty after becuase my parents put all their money into her and i just couldn’t handle her. And now my pony i have now, iv’e outgrown her in skill, height and age. I’m afraid my trainer will be mad at me for wanting to sell her but i just want the best for my pony and i don’t believe that the best just isn’t with me anymore. What should i do? Am i doing he right thing? :(
